Disclose any special requirements or challenges in advance (e.g., uneven walls, concealed wiring).
Grant access to the property on the scheduled service date.
Assume responsibility for ensuring that the mounting location and surfaces are suitable for installation.

Failure to meet these obligations may result in additional fees, rescheduling, or cancellation of services.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in accordance with the agreed terms at the time of booking. Details include:

Late Fees: Payments not completed within 7 days of service may incur late fees.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
